1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of welnesslifeshop.com and purchases made from WelnessLife. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to WelnessLife. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

2. Store platform

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you. Purchases are made directly from WelnessLife, not Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through this store.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete account, billing, and delivery information and for keeping account credentials secure.

4. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen and settings. Product descriptions, prices, availability, and specifications may be corrected or updated when necessary. We do not exclude any warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance because of stock errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, incorrect pricing, or other reasonable grounds. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

Please review your order carefully. Cancellation may be requested before fulfillment begins, but cannot be guaranteed after processing has started. Once dispatched, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, duties, delivery charges, and other charges collected by us will be shown before you complete the purchase. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout. Promotional prices and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions and may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. They are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We remain responsible for goods while they are transported by a carrier selected by us. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you designate, except where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us. Your legal rights relating to late, lost, damaged, or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

8. Returns, withdrawal, and refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Customers in the European Union and European Economic Area generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase, subject to applicable exceptions. Our voluntary 30-day return period does not reduce statutory rights.

You may use the website only for lawful personal purposes. We are not responsible for third-party websites we do not control, but this does not limit our responsibility for services or fulfillment partners acting on our behalf where applicable law makes us responsible.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that feedback for operating and promoting the store.
