Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates and destinations

We currently offer free standard shipping only to addresses within the United States. Shipping availability is confirmed when you enter your delivery address at checkout.

Estimated delivery time

Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect address may affect delivery time.

Tracking

Tracking can take several business days to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for seven business days, contact us at info@welnesslifeshop.com.

Fulfillment partners and separate packages

We may use third-party fulfillment and shipping partners. If an order contains more than one item, the items may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping charge.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment, and additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders

We remain responsible for your order while it is transported by a carrier selected by us. If an order is lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, email us promptly with your order number and, for damage or an incorrect item, clear photographs. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Customs and import charges

Any taxes, duties, or import charges collected by us will be shown at checkout. Charges not collected at checkout may be imposed by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
